The deck box and sleeves were not secured in the package, and arrived completely smashed up and pretty much unusable. When I tried to contact customer service all I could find was the customer service chat bot that did not work and would not load anything. Will not be ordering from vaultx again. I understand that accidents happen but the lack of customer support was super frustrating.

It took a week and half days (7-8 Business Days in total) for my products to ship and arrive to me. When it should have arrived less than in accordance to shipping. I’m rather not satisfied with such service.
However, I am satisfied with the products quality. It is very easy to use. Moreover, it was all in tact with all contents available to be of use for my trading cards. Nothing was amiss from what was delivered.
Great boxes for bulk storage. I only give it 4 stars because I wish it had more dividers! At least one more would be helpful
