SHIPPING

All orders within the United Kingdom are shipped using our standard delivery service.

We typically process all in-stock orders within 2 working days. During busier periods, such as holidays, promotional events, or special releases, processing times may be longer. If your order has not been marked as dispatched within five business days (excluding weekends), please contact us using the Help widget on our website so that we can investigate.

Unless otherwise stated at checkout, delivery will be made within 30 days of order confirmation, in line with UK consumer law.

We do not offer alternative delivery options or expedited shipping services. All orders are shipped using our standard delivery method.

Our UK shipping partners include DPD, Royal Mail, and Parcel Force.

Once your order has been dispatched, delivery times may vary depending on courier services and external factors. We remain responsible for your order until it is delivered to you.

If your order has not arrived within seven working days of dispatch, please contact us for assistance. This does not affect your statutory rights if delivery is delayed or your order does not arrive.

BACKORDERS / PRE-ORDERS

Orders that include pre-order or backorder items will be dispatched once all items in the order are available. This may result in longer dispatch times where some items are not yet in stock.

Estimated dispatch dates for pre-order or backorder items will be provided at the time of purchase where possible. If there is a significant delay, you will have the right to cancel the order and receive a refund.

If you would like to receive available items sooner, we recommend placing a separate order for those products.
