The Vault X 16-pocket binder falls short due to poor quality control. Upon arrival, several pockets were bent, and many were stuck together, making them impossible to separate without damage. The lack of protective packaging during shipping only exacerbated these issues. Despite its impressive card capacity and secure design, the binder's internal pockets are poorly constructed, leading to a frustrating experience for users looking for a durable, damage-free storage solution.
Sadly I am still awaiting customer support to reach out about my inquiry, its been 6 days since delivery and initial contact.
What else can I say? Best Pokédex binder to exist with space after for future generations.
