Great quality. would ve nice if it had a few pages that were not 12 squares, but divided differently for things that come in pre release kits and etc, such as the posters and post cards that came in the last few releases. also would be nice if it was offer prior to the set release or didnt take till 12 weeks after to ship.
I pre-ordered this binder a while back for a theme Pokémon binder nothing really caughtmy eye until I saw the set 13 binder that is originally ment for Lorcana, but the binder perfectly matches a shiny mega (that sadly doesn't have a card yet).
It was shipped earlier than I expected, I checked the binder and it had a small scratch on the back, but it's very minor. I honestly love this and hopefully I will fill this binder with cards in the near future
12-Pocket Exo-Tec® Zip Binder SET13
This is my last VaultX purchase. I ordered this item in July and it is being fulfilled in October. I enjoy the specialized Lorcana product, but when I can't receive the binder for the set until nearly when the next set is released, it doesn't make sense. This will likely be my last VaultX product purchase.
Hi James,
Thanks for reaching out, hope you’re doing well.
We completely understand the frustration here, we’d love to have everything ready in time for release day too!
Unfortunately, there are a few things outside of our control that make this tricky. We receive release information at the same time as everyone else, so we don’t get any advance notice to prepare stock ahead of time. On top of that, manufacturing and shipping timelines can vary, which means we can’t always guarantee products will be ready right on release day.
We know how exciting new set launches are, so we’re really sorry when we can’t line things up perfectly. We always do our best to get everything ready and out to you as quickly as possible.
Thanks so much for your patience, we really appreciate it!
Kind regards
The Vault X team
great product!
I love this binder, great quality and material. Just takes a long time for the product to arrive. It takes about 2 to 3 months after purchase date until the product is shipped but it is worth the wait.
nice colors matching the overall look of the cards! looking forward to the next installments for Hyperuon and Inkdark!
12-Pocket Exo-Tec® Zip Binder SET13
Preorder the binder and it didn't get delivered until the week before the *next* set comes out. Will not be buying another set binder unless they can ship within 2 weeks of service release.
Love these binders!
The binder is great, as always. The service is not. I waited almost three months for this to ship, and no product is good enough to justify that.
I'm still waiting on binders 2–9, and at this point I have no confidence they'll arrive anytime soon. A company that can't deliver what it sells is hard to recommend, no matter how good the product is.
12-Pocket Exo-Tec® Zip Binder SET13
These binders are perfect for my Lorcana collection. I just wish they would arrive sooner.
First you did not fulfill my order 7 days ago. It was 2 days ago and 5 days after the tracking number was created till it was in UPS’s hands. Also why can you not produce product before a set comes out instead of being 4 months behind?
As always the quality is amazing, i love the colors and texture. Vaultx is the only binder i trust to protect my collection
