General Prize Draw Terms & Conditions

Promoter
The promoter of this prize draw is Vault X Ltd, Towngate House, 2-8 Parkstone Road, Poole, Dorset BH15 2PW.

Eligibility
Prize draws are open to entrants aged 18 or over who have entered through the advertised route. Employees of the promoter and their immediate families are excluded.

How to Enter
The entry method will be specified in the instructions for the prize draw.

Closing Date
The closing date will be specified in the instructions for the prize draw. Entries received after the closing date will not be included in the draw.

Prize Description

Winner Selection
The winner will be drawn at random from all eligible entries within 14 days of the closing date. The draw will be conducted by the promoter or its authorised representative.

Notification
The winner will be notified by email within 7 days of the draw. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not respond within 14 days, the promoter reserves the right to select an alternative winner.

Prize Fulfilment
Delivery of the prize will be organised with the winner.

Personal data supplied will be processed in accordance with the promoter’s Privacy Policy. Information will be used solely for the administration of the prize draw and the fulfilment of the prize.

General Conditions

The promoter’s decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.

The promoter accepts no responsibility for lost, delayed, damaged or incomplete entries.

Participation in the draw indicates acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.

Governing Law
The prize draw and these Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England & Wales.
